What makes us feel happiness and joy and even makes it visible in the brain?

In coaching, we work together to clarify your values. We make you aware of what is important to you in life.

What do you feel passionate about, why? What do you really want to achieve in your life? What qualities do you want in relationships? What is important to you in your professional life? When things were going particularly well for you, what was particularly valuable about the situation? Or did you once feel unwell - what were you missing, what would you have liked? Where do you spend most of your time? What do you pay particular attention to in your life?

All these life situations and experiences give us an insight into your individual value system and help you to get in touch with the values that are relevant to you. For example, very individual personal skills, strengths and character traits, the nature and state of relationships and communication with others and also your physical condition, your health.

What do you strive for, what are you comfortable with, what attracts you and what repels you?

In order to feel happiness and joy, our values as well as our basic needs (experiencing meaning and competence, belonging, balance, autonomy and social status) are like a container that must be filled within us. We all strive for these universal basic needs, which vary from person to person.

If these containers are not filled, if our values and needs are not met, then this produces constant stress and stressful situations.
